Do you provide Discreet Shipping?
Yes, we guarantee discreet shipping on every order! Your order will arrive in a plain box or envelope with a return address from "C-Vibes." and no indication as to the nature of your purchase. Your busy body neighbors, Fed Ex, UPS nor your Postal carrier will have any way of knowing what fun goodies are inside! Feel free to order that little "something" different. Your privacy is our pledge.:-)
What shipping options are available?
Currently by default we ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail), however, if you would like your package sooner, please advise us via special instructions of your order and we will gladly make that happen.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska.
I am having trouble adding items to my shopping cart, what do I do?
If you are experiencing any technical difficulties while using our site please e-mail us at email@example.com. We not only appreciate your letting us know if something on our site needs to be fixed but will make sure we take 10% off ALL items in your next order with us to thank you for your input!
Is your site 2257 Compliant?
We do not produce or manufacture any content and therefore are not responsible for 2257 compliance of any materials on the site. We only deal with respected manufacturers and producers who are 100% 2257 compliant with content that appears or is sold on web network, therefore all of the manufacturers or studios that have created content that we sell or advertise represent that all models appearing in their productions are over 18 and that they maintain all appropriate 2257 disclaimers or the equivalent.
Do I need to be over 18 to shop at Confident Vibes.com?
Yes. ConfidentVibes.com is a website intended for an adult audience. If you are under 18 years of age (21 in some states) we ask that you leave our site until you are of age, thank you.
Product Return & Exchange Questions
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products we NEVER restock opened items for resale so our customers have the peace of mind that any products you have received from us never been sold to another customer. Due to this, all sales are final unless the item was defective, damaged or there was a shipping error made by us.
Simply request a Return Authorization from us by writing firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know that you received a product that was defective. A member of our staff will send you all the instructions for completing your return quickly and easily.
You can then return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address we will provide to you. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
Your security and privacy is of uber importance to us. We will never share your personal information with anyone. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. All of your personal information is encrypted, including credit card information, to ensure that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
